At Pretty She, we ensure strict quality checks before dispatch. However, if you receive a wrong or defective product, please read our return and refund policy carefully.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Defective or damaged product received

Note: Returns are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind, color preference, or personal liking.

Return Timeframe

  • Return requests must be raised within 5 days of product delivery
  • Requests after 5 days will not be accepted

Mandatory Unboxing Video

To process a return request, an unboxing video is mandatory:

  • The video must start from the sealed package
  • It should clearly show the product and the issue

No return or refund will be processed without an unboxing video.

How to Raise a Return Request

  • Order ID
  • Unboxing video
  • Clear images (if required)
  • Reason for return

Product Return & Quality Check

  • After approval, return instructions will be shared
  • The product will be re-checked once received at our warehouse
  • The product must be unused and in original condition with packaging intact

Refund Process

  • Refund will be initiated after successful quality verification
  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method
  • Refund processing time is 7 to 10 working days

Non-Returnable Conditions

  • No unboxing video provided
  • Return request raised after 5 days
  • Used, washed, or altered products
  • Damage caused by customer handling
