Return Eligibility

Note: Returns are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind, color preference, or personal liking.
Return Timeframe
- Return requests must be raised within 5 days of product delivery
- Requests after 5 days will not be accepted
Mandatory Unboxing Video
To process a return request, an unboxing video is mandatory:
- The video must start from the sealed package
- It should clearly show the product and the issue
No return or refund will be processed without an unboxing video.

Product Return & Quality Check
- After approval, return instructions will be shared
- The product will be re-checked once received at our warehouse
- The product must be unused and in original condition with packaging intact
Refund Process
- Refund will be initiated after successful quality verification
- Refund will be credited to the original payment method
- Refund processing time is 7 to 10 working days
Non-Returnable Conditions
- No unboxing video provided
- Return request raised after 5 days
- Used, washed, or altered products
- Damage caused by customer handling
